Jarod is co-founder of Pacific Economics. He has focused on Asia and the Pacific economy since 1998 when he started studying Mandarin Chinese and International Economics. His experience ranges from US federal agencies to leading technology and risk offices in Hawaii. Jarod specializes in market research, competitive intelligence, investment vetting, and international economic development.

Diliaur is a data practitioner based in Honolulu. Before joining Pacific Economics, she worked on data analytics and visualization at the East-West Center, and prior to that was responsible for digital communications at the University of Hawaii Center for Southeast Asian Studies. She holds bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

She is an Intelligence Analysis Intern currently with Pacific Economics where she conducts research, collects data, and analyzes the gaps in the geopolitical and economic vectors of different Pacific Island nations. She is interested in Indo-Pacific geopolitical and malign influence research, United States national security and intelligence, as well as international peace organizations.
